Hi, I’m Jessica. I combine Market Research and UX Research techniques to understand customers as both buyers and users of products and services.
I love learning what makes people tick and why people do what they do. My favorite question is, “Why?” Piles of transcripts and hours of video make me excited to dig in and find the nuggets of gold.
In research worksessions, I’m part storyteller, part teacher and part facilitator. But my job isn’t done unless the research helps my team make decisions. And I love when research inspires new ways of thinking.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from NYU’s Stern School of Business and am currently finishing up the User Experience Certificate Program at Bentley University.
I am currently Customer Insights and Experience Strategist, which is an internal consulting role for my company’s portfolio of brands: Aquent and Vitamin T (Creative Staffing Agencies) and litl LLC (Technology Startup). Prior to this role, I spent five years as a Researcher and Project Manager at a market research consulting firm.
